Selina is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing manager to lead Selina’s user acquisition initiatives and directly impact Selina’s direct channel.
The role is strategic to the company and will shape the way customers discover Selina worldwide and become part of our growing community.
In this role, you will get the chance to plan and execute an end-to-end performance marketing strategy and become one of the main influencers in the company.
This is a role for a passionate, data-driven marketer, goal-oriented individual, and hard worker who gets things done! The Head of Acquisition will be part of the Marketing department in Tel Aviv and will report directly to the VP of Marketing.
Your challenge will be to achieve a positive ROI in a highly competitive industry by finding creative ways and utilizing advanced marketing strategies while maintaining and enhancing the Selina brand.
Manage the paid performance channels (such as SEM, SMM, TikTok, Media Buying, and other paid channels)
Build a paid acquisition strategy; end-to-end, through utilizing relevant disciplines, channels and using online markets best practices
Think big and architect a scalable acquisition machine that can support our massive growth rate (hundreds Selinas by end of 2023)
Develop acquisition plans and campaigns that encompass competitive assessment, testing strategy, creative positioning, and leverage emerging channels (Display, PPC, Video, Social, etc.
to deliver against goals
Execute the brand awareness strategy and distribute our messaging to our target audience while monitoring brand KPIs
Manage, execute, and optimize paid campaigns - hands-on
Leverage web analytics tools to understand fall-out points throughout the conversion funnel and develop initiatives to increase performance
Communicate key insights, strategies, and opportunities to senior management and key departments
Identify and lead the integration of new technologies and capabilities (Social, landing page optimization, click-to-chat / call, retargeting, etc.
to improve acquisition performance
Brainstorm & execute ideas for post-click opportunities and improvements for data tracking / handling to further enable PPC growth and landing pages optimization
Monitor PPC trends, best practices, and techniques to ensure correct account spend / growth and to identify new opportunities
Bid management towards CPA and / or ROAS targets
Experience with SEM, PPC, RTB, and other performance marketing channels
Experiencing in scaling teams and managing managers
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Experience analyzing and optimizing existing campaigns at scale
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Processing, analyzing, and reporting on vast amounts of data & analytics, finding signals in the noise
Knowledge in key areas of marketing (PPC and SEM, social media, content marketing)
Excellent and evidenced communication skills, written and presentation skills
Independent, self-motivated, driven, team player
Strong, hands-on analytical experience
Proven history of out-of-the-box PPC problem solving
Experience in ROI and / or CPA optimization techniques
Ability to design, analyze, and utilize results from A / B tests
Strong written and verbal communication skills
