What you will be doing :
As Guest Experience Manager you will ensure we provide the highest level of guest service for our VIP guests.
Know and apply always the service and quality standards through the procedures manual stipulated by the company.
Perform internal audits and follow up on LQA / Forbes audits and online review management systems.
Experience & Abilities :
Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point. Online Review Management platforms.
Previous experience supervising departments such as Concierge, Guest Experience & Butlers
Handling of Quality and Guest Experience audit programs. IAuditor / LQA / Forbes / AAA
Complete knowledge of the English language.
