Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to aid the deaf and hard of hearing community by efficiently and accurately re-voicing telephone conversations between a hearing party and a person with hearing loss via speech recognition software.
This service allows individuals with hearing loss to use the telephone for their daily communication needs. SERVICE TYPE : Live Captioning (Voice to Text Transcriptions) SERVICE TYPE : Captioning START DATE : February 17th TRAINING SCHEDULE : TBD ALORICA SITE : Juan Diaz Site Your Day to Day This job requires the Captioning Agent to use their voice with the software to capture conversations.
The agent must accurately repeat the conversation verbatim in real time. Provide excellent customer service by dictating / captioning a variety of conversational topics verbatim.
Maintain a high level of dictation speed and accuracy. Maintain strict consumer confidentiality. WHAT YOU NEED National or foreigner with a valid work permit.
High School Diploma and / or Highest Level of Education Certification / Diploma. Advanced English communications skills, both oral and written.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. THE EXTRA SAUCE Excellent enunciation and pronunciation. Strong listening / comprehension skills.
Strong multitasking and retention skills. Stellar customer service skills and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time.
