Sales Operations AnalystOur Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders.

A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more.

What you’ll achieveAs a Sales Operations Analyst, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.

You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers’ needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts.

You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.You will : Provide pre-sales and / or post-sales operational supportManage order fulfillmentResearch customer or order problems and deliver solutions, working cross-functionally to resolve process inefficienciesServe as intermediary for order status and handle order issues and inventory managementCoordinate communications and share information with our sales force and cross-functional organizationsTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.

  • Here’s what we are looking for with this role : Essential Requirements2+ years of demonstrated experience working in financial and analytical rolesUnderstanding of order processes, systems configurations and documentationUpper Intermediate to proficient experience using tools as excel, outlook and SalesforceDemonstrated problem solving skills and an ability to prioritize workloadCapacity to work collaboratively and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment, as well as outstanding interpersonal skillsDesirable RequirementsExperience working with sales and external customers or in support of different business units and geographiesProfessional experience in a customer-facing role (logistic, customer service or administration)Here’s our story;
