functional collaboration and value creation with our customers. In addition, this role is the process owner of the Pricing Strategy Design to Implementation for GEM GBU in the perimeter.
Assess and analyze price structure / profitability levels in the Retail Channel by customer / country
Collaborate in the multi-functional definition process, implementation and effectiveness control of the Trade Investment
Identify and lead pricing strategy plan from design to execution for GEM BU in PAC
Establish a clear governance model for Pricing and Revenue Management in the perimeter by leading the Pricing & Revenue Management Committee
Owner of process & timely deployment of Customer Team Scorecard
Drive Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with top customers and pharmacy chains by deploying / enabling the Retail Team and the customers with True Scorecards, business goals setting and progress tracking on a regular basis
Education : Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
Experience & knowledge :
Solid analytical & financial know-how
Thorough understanding of pricing
Thorough understanding of retailers, P&L models; channel price structure and channel remuneration management dynamics.
Practical experience in commercial negotiation with key customers.
5 years’ experience in commercial intelligence / finance functions in FMCG including min 2 years in a Pricing / Revenue management role.
