  • Manages the end to end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures
  • Builds strong and lasting relationships with customers and provides second to none customer service
  • Has responsibility for the end to end customer experience
  • Acts and communicates proactively to keep customers informed of any issues or changes
  • Owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders
  • Willing to collaborate with not only local but regional stakeholders to improve and reduce the customer efforts to find resolutions
