What you’ll achieveAs a Manager 1, Sales Engineer Analyst , you will be responsible for maintain daily team operations. Help adopt and drive initiatives into the local team.
Utilizing in-depth knowledge of CXE - Customer Experience Engineers functions, recommend and implement innovative approaches to driving efficiency and process improvement.
You will : Measure and manage customer satisfaction with regard to responsiveness and quoting accuracy.Deliver all services to the field and Quality measurements.
Ensure requests are responded to within SLAs and that the team is meeting a high level of accuracy.Develop robust forecasts and variance analysis for production planning and shift schedules, leave management, training, break management.
PSS delivery and operational leadership for the aligned theatre / division accountable for delivering technical presales solutions such as quotes, sizing assessments, environmental profiles / drawings.
Extensive collaboration and communication with field system engineers (SE) to proactively and accurately understand their customer requirements and translate it to standard PSS and custom solutionsTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
Strong technical background and experience in enterprise storage, preferably building technical solutions for customer pursuits.
