The Customer Development Executive, supports the achievement of excellence in physical availability and sustainable business growth, through the execution of the picture of success defined for each store format in Modern Trade, while also having a key responsibility in assisting the Customer Business Development function with input on Perfect Store gaps and action plans, Trade Budget tracking and Customer Business plans.
Is responsible for designing and defining the execution structure needed to achieve the right frequency and store coverage to drive growth.
Build a solid business relationship with the distributor’s sales team, merchandisers, and store managers. Builds capabilities, category knowledge and execution best practices with third-party execution teams through trainings and store visits.
Keeps a growth mindset and provides valuable insights and knowledge about in-store consumers’ behaviors and customers’ needs, that allow boosting category plans and maintaining an effective business relationship with key customers.
Panama business is comprised by Confections & Petcare business with over $30M in sales expected for 2023. Modern Trade in Panama accounts for over 60% of market volume, with strong presence in MT FE Side A (+60%) and robust market share positions.
What are we looking for?
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in similar positions in the Consumer Industry.
Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish written and verbal)
