What the role is

The Campus Recruiter works in collaboration with the location General Managers, Internship Coordinator, and Academy Lead.

This position will report directly to the Campus Recruitment Manager and will help to keep updated the recruitment developments and initiatives for internship for the Location under its responsibility.

The Campus Recruiter is responsible for intern staffing for locations and Departments through sourcing for internship candidates and ensuring proper selection of Interns.

What you will be doing

  • Sourcing for candidates globally
  • Seek out new platforms for posting Internship opportunities
  • Establish partnerships with internship hunting channels
  • Ongoing recruitment of Interns according to Internship Staffing Plan for locations
  • Managing the end to end recruitment process from requisition to hire stage
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Negotiating salary and package details with candidates
  • Marketing vacancies via multiple platforms and social media
  • Headhunting candidates in key locations
  • Conducting initial vetting and shortlisting candidates for hiring managers
  • Responsible for managing and updating the ATS with accurate data
  • Organizingand attending assessmentcentersappropriate for each location
  • Providing relevant feedback to applicants and managers in a timely manner
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers across the region to understand their needs, support them through the recruitment process, and managing expectations
  • Manage a high volume of recruiting requests
  • Conduct interviews
  • Work in synergy with managers, HR Generalists and make sure communication is clear
  • Work on Recruitment projects, such as Referrals program, Internship learning experience design, and any other assigned
  • Participate in fairs and events to promote Internship opportunities
  • Suggest and implement recruitment best practices for process improvement
  • Deliver fast results and reduce time to fill
  • What you need for the role

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Great communication abilities
  • 2 years of experience in recruiting or similar roles
  • Past experience in HR and / or startups
  • Significant skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office
  • People person
  • Creative and entrepreneurial
  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent studies in HR and / or administration.
