Job description :

General Role Purpose (brief description of this job)

The Recruitment Administrator serves as the front-line administrator and internal contact for the Hr Talent Map system and Administrate the data processing function for the Talent Acquisition Area, including entering, maintaining, review, and processing sensitive Candidates data.

In addition, this role is responsible for preparing ad-hoc / scheduled test, and serving as Support for special projects.

Qualifications (required for job) & Knowledge & Experience

  • BSc / BA in HR, Business or relevant field
  • Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
  • Compile Candidate data and test metrics from the HR Recruitment team data Talent Pool.
  • Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns.
  • Prepare reports of test data results and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Support and adhere to the Talent Acquisition Team's policies on equality and diversity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Core Specific Responsibilities & Expected Deliverables Coordinate hiring activities. Undertake clerical duties answering emails and arrange for interviews and assessments).

    Greet and assist interviewees Process background checks. Maintain candidate database. Handle and compile records. Assist with new hire onboarding preparing documents, and handover files)

    Operational Requirements

    Cobre Panama is a remote site. This exciting position is based off-site and will be focusing on driving and delivering operational accountability and ownership across various units at Cobre Panama site.

    Rosters and working hours may vary depending on business requirements and occasional travel to the site is required.
