Here’s what we are looking for with this role : Essential Requirements Advance English Familiarity with ITIL v3 and v4 Reviewing and validating statement of works (SOW) Experience in building transition plans including support models, change management, learning and communication deliverables using transition framework 2-3 years of experience in customer facing projects, Dell technology products and Agile project management experience (PMP, CAPM or SCRUM Master) Desirable Requirements
