Assist in rooms with problems associated with maintenance, such as drains, plumbing, lamps, air conditioning, switch problems, telephones and televisions.

Give support to the Housekeeping department to keep the rooms in perfect condition so that guests can enjoy all its facilities.

Assist the additional requirements requested by the guests.

Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with accesses. Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm system, duress alarm and fire security system.

Carry out daily inspections of physical hazards. Respond to accidents, contacting EMS or administering first aid / CPR as needed.

Assist guests / employees during an emergency situation. Notify appropriate individuals in events of actions, attacks, or other incidents.

Defuse disturbances of guests or employees, call for outside help if necessary. Complete the incident reports to all the Maintenance and Security / Loss Prevention documents, reporting the incidents.

Be fully informed and involved in the operation of the Fire Alarm and Security Systems, participate in the Accident Prevention Program, continuously searching and correcting any condition that may be a danger to the safety of associates and guests.

Promptly address the requirements associated with guests and the operation in general, and report back the solution of these.

Keep a record of all the activities and problems you were involved in during the day and pass this information on to your immediate leader.

Complete all assigned work in a safe and professional manner.
