Your duties will include supervising employees, data analysis, reporting, reviewing operating processes, analyzing results based on goals, evaluating personnel, and preparing management indicators.
You’ll ensure service level agreements are met and regularly report to upper management on your team’s results. You will be the point of contact to ensure that the sectors obtain fast responses to their queries and that all agencies comply with the regulatory framework.
To be successful in this role, a bachelor’s degree in Business administration, finance, or a related field will be preferred, along with previous experience working at a supervisor level in a similar function an analytic mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
Proficiency with spreadsheet (Excel) and word processing software is essential. This position will require regular travel within provinces, so a valid driver’s license and owning a car are required.
