Job Description :

Newmark is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator that directly supports the firm’s Global Corporate Services (GCS) Strategic Marketing and Creative Solutions team.

GCS is our integrated global platform which provides seamless, beginning to end corporate services solutions, such as real estate account management, transaction management, consulting, program management and facility management, to clients worldwide.

While keeping the bigger picture in mind, the Marketing Project Coordinator will be an integral part of the Team in the pursuit of winning new business and retaining clients.

This position calls for writing, content management, collaboration skills as well as strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Duties :

  • Collaborate with the GCS Strategic Marketing team members, other GCS and Newmark colleagues
  • Manage stakeholders’ communications and support daily tasks as needed
  • Maintain internal Teams channel, organize team tasks (plus others as needs arise) and act as single point of contact for incoming Marketing requests made by GCS colleagues
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly reporting on wins / losses and business development activities
  • Provide project management support as needed to various project owners to help ensure projects are tracking to schedule and completion
  • Provide assistance to help improve / develop, document and deploy various Marketing team processes and procedures
  • Support and help maintain content library of resumes, case studies, brochures, templates, and presentations as directed
  • Work closely with Knowledge Manager to organize, maintain and update collateral and documents in Marketing SharePoint site
  • Support Graphic Design team by helping gather information, data, etc. for internal / external presentation decks and collateral as needed
  • Light research into current and prospective business opportunities, including but not limited to, monitoring online tendering sites
  • Team and internal customer service focused
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Skills, Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4 years of experience preferred with 2+ years’ practical experience in project coordination or project administrative support
  • Interest in commercial real estate experience strongly preferred
  • Ability and attentiveness to multi-task, manage and work on concurrent projects supported by a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Interact with internal Marketing Team, GCS and Newmark colleagues in a positive, professional, customer-service oriented manner
  • Interpret instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form
  • Strong organizational, planning, prioritizing, and time management skills
  • Advanced competence with a variety of software including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and other requested software programs (i.
  • e. Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • Ambitious, self-starter with the ability to work independently, at times, with little direction and in a team environment
  • Enjoys learning and is adaptable to various requests
  • Possess initiative to assume additional responsibilities
