What the role is

Reports to the F&B Manager the management of the restaurant and bar and their staff to bring the best experience with a great client service to our guest.

Responsabilities

Ensure the bar opens on time and that they are ready for the clients.

Is responsible to do onboarding & training for the playground staff.

Must be the Hostess of the Playground.

Is the responsible to the daily operation of the f&b areas.

Making sure that giving high level customer service.

Monitor the Daily brief by daily brief protocol.

Making sure that protocol are being followed.

Ensure excellent front of house service, allocate and support staff throughout the shift to maintain speed of service and cleanliness of the bar.

Keep staff busy and productive at all times.

Ensure stock is received and secured.

Ensure all material for good functioning of the bar

Ensure staff meet the standards of the bars, addressing and correcting bad practice where need be.

Pre-empt and actively responding to problems that arise and keeping management up to date. Ensure high quality standard of service

Ensure the closure of the bar

Assist in cash handling procedures as required

Attend all staff meetings.

Ensure health & safety procedures of all Bar staff.

Requirements

Previous 2 years of experience in bar or club

Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service

Good communication skills

Ability to work within team and supervise a team

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent customer care skills

Able to delegate effectively

Must be the Service master.

Must be expert on detail and focused on the client.

Must be Friendly.

Must be a Problem solver expert.

Must be an Expert of the POS
