Has responsibility for handling daily Customer Service tasks and

interacts with both internal stakeholders as well as External

Clients / Shippers. May support peers with technical or process related

challenges during process execution.

As in-house at customer facilities, you are responsible for the operational support of client, taking the responsibility of the efficient coordination and execution of their service level agreement with their clients, details are as follows :

Operations Follow Up and support to client :

To Ensure that all the necessary parts to perform of client maintenance service are available.

To guarantee the installation of the maintenance units and their return to the origin country as needed.

In case of any discrepancies, to properly follow up.

To Support and follow up the execution of client maintenance service as per their service level agreement.

To Support of client technical sales team (SAR, SKAM) with any concerns related to operation (both parts and services), in the installation of MRK material and coordinating spare parts shipment as requested.

Also, to monitor the installation of urgent parts if needed.

Inventory control :

To control of client inventory as per service level agreement.

To group and keep identified the corresponding spare parts as per of client requested maintenance service.

To control the of client spare parts inventory corresponding to the equipment covered by of client service level agreement.

General Area of Responsability

  • Professional and efficiently operational support and designated client.
  • Properly system entries / updates if needed, accomplishing the time frame given.
  • Ensure KPI’s, clients’ SOP / IOP and company procedures compliance, focusing always on a high customer service level.
  • Maintain good relationship with External / Internal Customers and suppliers, living our company values and behaviors.
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in international commerce, Administration, Economy, Engineering Careers or related areas. If in progress, last semester is required.
  • Knowledge of international transportation, logistics, customs processes and warehouse operations (at least 3 years).
  • Customer services management experience.
  • Good level of written and spoken English (70-80%)
  • Good Computer Skills ((Word, Excel intermedio, power point).
