    Your Responsibilities will include :

  • Sourcing new business and / or cross-sell pipeline and revenue through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Generating new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities.
  • High sales activity role with daily metrics for targeted call and email campaigns.
  • Generating interest through outbound cold calling.
  • Speaking to the Customer 360 Platform across a set of existing Salesforce customers and breaking into net new logos in your assigned territory
  • Prospecting for opportunities across the Customer 360 Platform in existing Salesforce customers or new prospects.
  • Partnering closely with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
  • Discovering the customers’ / prospects’ business initiatives and acting as the Salesforce advocate.
  • Building a point of view on how to help qualify customers' needs.
  • Speaking to value and return on investment vs. technical functionality.
  • Building credibility and trust with internal and external partners.
  • Learning how to anticipate and prepare for objections.
  • Demonstrating resourcefulness and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization.
  • Handling a high volume of accounts with a strategy on prioritization of your accounts and time.
  • Researching and understanding various lines of business and personas.
  • Partner with Salesforce BDRs to focus on accounts for joint-selling opportunities.
  • Evangelize Salesforce and the On-Demand model.
  • Skills Required :

  • Experience with using various Salesforce clouds.
  • Strong prior experience selling Salesforce clouds, products and services.
  • Experience prospecting and cold calling into a large list of accounts that are a hybrid of net new and install.
  • Consistent achievement of year over year quota attainment in new revenue.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate active listening in order to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of accounts that are a hybrid of net-new and existing install.
