Position Overview

          This role is critical in providing financial support as part of the OneSource Order to Cash (OTC) team, leading Transformation and Continuous Improvement Initiatives.  Demonstrating a ‘customer first’ attitude, the individual will partner with other functional areas to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial services. This includes partnering a Third-Party Provider in the delivery of AR services and with other internal stakeholders, The candidate will need to demonstrate a strong financial and analytical skillset in order to analyze complex business transactions and understand their impact on end financial statements.

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Order to Cash (OTC) Continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, in close collaboration with the F&A OTC Team (AR Invoicing/Billing, Collections, Cash Application, and Deduction Management)

  • Develop, modify, maintain, and support current CI initiatives/projects within OTC.

  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities,

  • Develop BI reporting and Excel Macros

  • Ensure the right processes are followed with operational discipline by developing workflows, Kaizens and root cause analysis.

  • Ensure that all activities are performed in the most efficient and effective manner possible

  • Participate in projects around process transformation, new brand integrations, and system implementations

  • Support Process Transformation, working with various stakeholders to facilitate end to end process review and assessments, identifying opportunities to drive increased harmonization and standardization across brands, departments, and processes

  • Foster environment of integrity, monitoring adherence to applicable SOX and Operational controls, facilitating risk assessments & audit control testing

Qualifications

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Administration required

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 4 years

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Proficient in Excel (including macros), Power BI, Power Query and financial reporting systems; SAP knowledge desired

  • Continuous improvement and service-oriented mindset

  • Order to Cash (OTC) Shared Services Experience (desirable)

  • Project management skills (desirable)

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively

  • Ability to communicate effectively, exercise good judgment in decision making, understand and synthesize complex issues

  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
