The Vice President, Revenue and Finance Operations is responsible for establishing scalable, global processes leveraging technology to enable the finance team to support OPSWAT’s long-term growth.
The position requires a seasoned individual who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a high-growth, dynamic and fast-paced environment, and someone with a customer-oriented (both external and internal) mindset.
This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and will partner closely with senior executives of OPSWAT to drive operational excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
End-to-end management of the Quote-to-Cash process.
Drive sales efficiency and cross-functional integration across platforms.
Provide strategic direction to Order Operations to adopting best practices in subscription licensing.
Lead team responsible for monthly commissions administration, ensuring all commission plan rules are adhered to.
Identify and implement operational improvements to the monthly commissions process, partner with Payroll to drive continuous improvement to the administrative process.
Scale back-end financial processes : A / R, A / P, Payroll, and collection.
Expand OPSWAT’s banking capabilities by setting up processes and procedures for global treasury and cash operations.
Owner of global payroll across all markets. Partner with HR on compliance.
Develop measurable KPIs.
Lead SOX compliance for IPO readiness.
Work with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify problems, process gaps and assist in on-going process improvements on order processing, deal closure, invoicing, and collections workflows.

BS / BA or equivalent experience required.
15+ years of work experience in finance and sales operations with strong systems background.
Prior SaaS industry experience.
