JOB DESCRIPTION Job Requirements

Our Digital team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.

This role is focused to design the most advanced Data ecosystem based on best in-class technology.

Primary responsibilities :

  • Ensuring best quality of data
  • Identifying new sources of data to integrate the strongest database
  • Strong partnering with the rest of data analysis team (Data lead, Data Analyst, Data Scientist)
  • To accomplish this, data processing is a big priority to standardize, optimize data process in a timely way.
  • Work Experience

  • Graduates with a Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Information System Management or equivalent would be strongly preferred
  • Will become subject matter experts for the subject areas understanding data in the enterprise and in their departments.
  • Knowledge of data bases and models, ability to find data elements within the computing infrastructure and how they relate to business concepts and other data elements.
  • SQL, Data quality and profiling skills.

  • Programming language exposure, such as python is a plus
  • Ability to deep dive, understand and troubleshoot complex data issues and fix the root causes.
  • The data steward must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to show the value of the data stewardship function and help evangelize the importance of data.
