Leading the defect elimination and reliability engineering processes in order to improve the Fixed Plant performance. Operate within and observe all relevant and applicable laws of Panama.

Maintain HSE standards and ensure strict compliance within the process plant control room. Supervise all the planning activities for regular and shutdown activities including tasks, resources and material.

Interpret condition monitoring results and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders Provide technical engineering support to the site maintenance execution teams.

Report on maintenance activities and performance indicators Assuring all employees are delivering quality work by auditing part preparation Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Performing periodical inspection of the related jobsites.

Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers. Control, report and reduce operational costs, and ensure cost consideration taken with all decisions.

Implement FQM Way culture in the Control Room team - "Bolder, Smarter, Driven, Together." Perform any other duties as assigned.
