Candidate must reside in the greater Harrisburg / Central PA or surrounding area to support the sales territory, otherwise Work From Home.
Represent Ally as the primary interface to the entire auto dealership organization with focused concentration on the largest and / or most challenging dealer accounts.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key dealership personnel. Typically, a larger dealership footprint and / or complex business relationship and dealership group.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all Ally's products, plans and programs based on expansive knowledge of the market and competitive landscape.
Market and promote the full breadth of Ally's products and services including commercial banking products (when available).
Identify, pursue, and maximize all avenues of revenue opportunities.
Coordinate with key product specialists on the team to provide assistance, training and consultative services to all assigned Dealers.
Act as the liaison between dealers and the Regional Business Centers (RBC).
Identify, communicate, and develop recommendations for handling dealer concerns.
The Work Itself
Acquisitions support, communicate and liaise with designated Consumer Underwriters.
Training identify training needs of dealer personnel and engage the appropriate Product Specialists.
Support Commercial Lending - identify wholesale and loan opportunities and engage the appropriate personnel.
Assist in the initial phases of dealer wholesale conversions (first 48 hours).
Continually identify and implement best practices and drive efficiencies.

The Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred.
3+ years in customer service or financial services industry is needed. Some leadership experience preferred.
Ability to provide advice / direction in primary areas of expertise
Ability to Leverage technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results
Technical knowledge, project management, and ability to influence others
Excellent sales skills
Ability to develop business relationships with dealer principals and decision makers
