Job Purpose :

Our client (a global company listed on 2 stock exchanges) is looking for a CFO to join their organization.

Our client provides both Government and Project Proponents with a turn-key solution to ensure repeatable batch, traceability, and compliance of regulated products.

The successful CFO incumbent would need to be able to work in multiple jurisdictions including Canada / U.S. and the UK / Dubai / Australia / Singapore and be able to work with the regulators for multiple public exchanges including the Canadian, U.

S., Middle East, Europe and, or Asia stock exchanges.

Minimum Requirements :

Experience and knowledge of Canadian corporate governance laws and reporting requirements

The CFO must be financially literate, as defined in NI 52-110

The ability to read and understand a set of financial statements

Key Responsibilities :

Raising funds through private placements and / or subsequent listings;

Preparing for and presenting annual general reports at annual general meetings of public companies;

Preparing / managing forward looking corporate financial models to assist with corporate expansion;

Planning / designing / managing employee compensation plans, stock buy-back plans, and / or corporate savings / investment plans;

Assisting CEO and COO to plan and report ESG program and scores to public markets.
