Your mission is to unlock revenue growth and deliver business to the Selina locations with a creative sales strategy and strong execution skills.
As Account Manager you managing and optimising the existing customer agreements, to ensure they meet their forecasted revenue and look for initiatives to grow this.
You will be managing our top strategic and revenue generating customers across distribution channels including online (regional OTA’s), offline (tour operators, agents), corporate and groups / MICE, to deliver sales across all Selina products including accommodation, co working / living, Explore, F&B
Deliver a business plan outlining your customer profiles with priorities, key initiatives, challenges, risks, opportunities and communication plan
Manage the Account Specialist who will be facilitating customer service and bookings for specialist customers
Create and maintain a sales forecast for your customers, outlining risks and opportunities / clear dependencies
Create a clear plan for communication for quarterly, monthly and weekly communication based on the strategic nature and revenue opportunity with customer
Provide a weekly updates against forecast
Ensure you are upselling and cross selling new properties and additional products
Ensure we are the preferred partner for all your customers including how we can gain preferred placement, speaking slots at their events -
close communication with revenue on optimisation opportunities
Provide customer education on Selina and keep them updated of new openings and developments
Coordinate and manage your customer experience both centrally and put in processes for the location and countries for your customers
Ensure contract renewals in a timely manner with strong renegotiation on terms
Oversee fam trips
