In this site sales position you'll use your professional relationships, technical knowledge and sales & analytical skills to provide value, advice and support for your defined customer base.
You will increase customer awareness of our products and services to drive opportunities and increase revenue. The position offers a great opportunity to work with internal and external customers to provide value adding solutions to your customers operation.
Your responsibilities Arrange sales calls and meet with customers to sell our aftermarket parts / consumables, rebuilds & modernizations, and services portfolio.
Act as the primary customer contact, building and maintaining strong relationships known for excellent customer service.
Participates in the proposal phase with technical assistance, equipment specifications, estimations and analysis. Provides pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Propose and implement sales strategies to increase market share; build value propositions and ROI to differentiate FLSmidth Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales potential, draft proposals and execute projects.
Coordinate technical expert communications and visits with customer. Consult with customers on equipment operations, replacement requirements and FLSmidth execution requirements.
Complete regular entries and updates in CRM application to include contacts, appointments and opportunities and account plans.
What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Direct mining experience in operations and environments (process or maintenance), at least 5 years Knowledge of the FLSmidth product portfolio in Mining, and direct sales experience with a proven track record, at least 5 years Eagerness to drive sales with a competitive spirit Professional communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
Ability to travel 75% of the time.
