What the role is As America Growth Assistant you will manage and monitor tasks and information for the Regional Growth teams.

Contribute to internal and external communications between members of Growth and other departments - Support department leaders with administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, calls, agenda management -
Insert information regarding new properties from different sources into the CRM - Confectioning bimensual credit cards reports for accounting, reimbursements for RE trips, payment requests for department payments -
Organize information inside Google Drive folders - Prepare reports and support the department with presentations and reports -
Make arrangements, logistics and schedule managers visits on the different property options What you need for the role Languages Spanish -
