What's The Role?

To turn the LLA connectivity roadmap into real, launched, products, providing LLA’s opcos with world-class services in terms of customer experience, cost, and opportunity, ensuring the profitable growth of the business.

What You'll Do?

Lead the definition of connectivity products functional specification, user experience, service levels and device design.

Work with all regional, local and external stakeholders to fully productize solution, including marketing, customer experience, finance, reporting, revenue assurance.

Coordinate the technical implementation activities of the product, and the procurement processes that are needed for new products development.

Ensure product meets requirements criteria of all local and LLA stakeholders, as well as quality standards.

Manage the Minimum Viable Product definition for launch, and phasing to protect the scope, cost and time to market, in agreement with local product teams

Define and manage the LLA connectivity product development process.

Assemble and manage the cross-company, cross-functional project team tasked with developing, deploying and commercially launching the products set in the roadmap

Manage CAPEX and OPEX planning, spend and forecasting, coordinating with internal and external task owners.

Preferred education / qualifications :

BS in business administration or engineering.

Masters level Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

Knowledge & Experience :

10+ years of Demonstrable demonstrable experience of broadband product development and deployment in the Telco industry.

5+ Proven years of experience in management of complex, multiyear, Hi-Tech projects in multi-cultural environments.

5+ years of Experience experience in multi-million USD budget management.

5+ years of Proven proven experience engaging effectively with and presenting to executive and senior level management.
