This position will support in provide accurate information for financial reporting and audit. Good understanding of the process and needs to work indendently within stablished procedures and practices.
Matching employee reports with receipts, outstanding advances and travel authorizations
Expense reports compliance verification
Answering questions concerning travel policy; end user support
Various reports analysis to comply with Best Practices and Internal Controls
Providing management reporting and audit support specific to the employees T&E transactions
Review Travel Agency & Credit Card Statements and coordinate booking
Periodical reminders to travelers / assistants for invoices not justified or not included in the travel reports
Analysis and follow up of Balance Sheet accounts related to T&E process
2 years of relevant accounting experience
University degree(Bachelor) or equivalent or high school diploma or equivalent in accounting or vocational training plus equivalent years of experience.
Upper intermediate English Skills : Fluency in English language skills both written and spoken as required at operational level.
