This includes help with the whole employee cycle, from induction / onboarding through termination / offboarding. You’ll also be responsible for inputting monthly payroll for assigned countries and entering updates / changes in Workday and other internal systems, ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
You will collaborate with HR Leader, HR Generalist, and other business units to support business objectives to improve employee retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
For such a pivotal role, you’ll ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field and experience with HRIS systems and time recording systems.
You’ll also possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and be proficient in MS Office programs. Self-starter with the ability to be resourceful, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
