We are looking for talented, driven people that can make an impact across our organization.Reporting to the VP, Talent Strategy - you will focus on driving employee experience initiatives for a performance-based culture by supporting the execution of Varicent global Diversity, Equity Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B) strategy and voice of the employee intitiatives.

You will create and lead programs pulse surveys and process enhancements that promote a workplace culture of DEI&B, ensuring it is woven into practices, systems, and culture, and reflected throughout the organization in support of our vision.

What you will do ?

  • Complete the onboarding program to understand our business, our products and our teams.
  • Review our Voice of the Employee, DEI&B audit results and talent metrics to understand the current state of the employee experience.
  • Familiarize yourself with our DEI&B and talent strategies and build the roadmap to address areas of opportunity.
  • Educate employees and champion change across all levels of the organization to build awareness and allyship.
  • Build out a library of diversity, inclusion and belonging resources.
  • Implement our ongoing employee listening surveys and analyze the data to provide insights on the current state of their experience.
  • Improve our DEI&B data collection, reporting and accountability including benchmarking against our objectives.
  • Implement process improvements in partnership with key stakeholders to create a culture of belonging at Varicent from hire to retire.
  • Support employee engagement and talent enablement initiatives to improve the employee experience.
  • Design and implement global initiatives to elevate DEI&B practices and enhance the employee experience, aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Ensure the voice of our employees is being heard and that employees know how their feedback is driving change within Varicent.
  • Support ERGs and actively seek new diversity association partnerships to enhance the available resources for our employee
  • Continue to evolve our employee listening strategy, onboarding and engagement practices to support a culture where everyone can thrive
  • What you will bring

  • You’re passionate about employee experience improvement including Diversity, Equity Inclusion and Belonging and understand the urgency around Action you’re deeply committed to moving the organization forward unapologetically.
  • You have an affinity for data and an understanding how it can inform decision making around diversity issues.
  • You understand the issues surrounding corporate change management and strategies to ensure positive momentum on issues of diversity.
  • 5+ years of experience leading DEI&B and employee engagement initiatives for a global audience
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to gain support for positive change and action around diversity issues.
