This position will execute the delivery of high quality service administration, for a defined Market area (group of countries), to the relevant field force stakeholders.
Ensure that the relevant stakeholders are involved in a timely manner and with a high level of co-operation to drive satisfactory back-office administration.
Execute the delivery of high quality service administration, for a defined Market area, to the relevant field force stakeholders.
Ensure that the relevant stakeholders are involved in a timely manner and with a high level of
communication and co-operation to drive satisfactory back-office administration.
Execute service administration with consistent application of global standards, processes, local and legal requirements for service administration.
Participate in defining, developing and deploying visual management including the right metricsbfor service administration
Participate in the share& learn and implementation of best practices, related to service administration.
Participate in continuous improvement activities related to service administration.
Ensure strong collaboration between service administration in the Hub to provide continuously effective administration
Follow up with key stakeholders to secure timely reporting in order to secure on time invoicing.
Execute intercompany billing for FSE borrowed from one market to another.
Currently college student or bachelor degree in related fields.
Advanced or native English communication skills, knowledge of French will be an asset.
Previous customer support experience (desired).
Strong problem solving and customer orientation skills, highly motivated, team player, analytic, with attention to detail and organized.
