The main purpose of this role is to execute the depot strategy in the Area and drive Area Depot product growth and profitability.
To achieve the objective, the Depot Manager has to work with the P&L, best practice sharing, coaching of depot area product managers, implement and develop new products, and coordinate with relevant Centre resources.

Ensures direction setting for Areas within the scope
Identifies opportunities for improving P&L within scope and support with action plan accordingly
Understand key data (market intel, flows, P&L, etc.) with Areas in scope to drive P&L optimization
Orchestrates global efforts within owner geographies, e.g., tender season
Proactively collects and shares best practices
Drives target setting, including validation of Area business plans
Ensures deployment and adoption of customer solutions and internal tools within geographies.
Identify and develop new organic and non-organic growth opportunities
Contribute to the development of new products and implement them in your areas
Manage third-party shipping lines accounts at the regional level
Stakeholder management (regional, area, and country leadership)

Relevant experience :
At least 3-5 years of senior depot management experience, area product or Area sales roles with high orientation to customers
