What s The Role

The Payroll Professional, will be the guardian of the data and calculation consistency into the payroll model following established controls and processes inside the area.

Escalate any case out of procedure to his / her manager and support payroll manager in payroll projects related initiatives.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Graduate-level (Bachelors or higher) degree in administration, business or related careers
  • Minimum 2 years previous relevant payroll experience gained within a large organizational environment
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Knowledge of and experience in payroll administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience maintaining confidential material.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintain high standards and discipline.
  • Adaptable and flexible, including the ability to manage deadline pressures, ambiguity, and change.
  • Good communication and computation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and demeanor.
  • Fast learning skills.

    What You ll Do

  • Operates and produce payroll for certain countries within the region within the time and quality expected.
  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Updates payroll records by entering changes.
  • Process timecards and PTO requests.
  • Process bonus, severance, and any additional income payments.
  • Reconcile payroll registers.
  • Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed
