Prepare Accounts Payable aging and create payments. Prepare Accounts Receivable aging and follow up with customers. Download bank statements and post the movements.
Monthly closures and audits support. To check and ensure that the books are updated accurately. Other administrative tasks.
Support our team with the following requirements : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English 2 years’ experience in similar position.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Willing to learn new processes and system. Knowledge of SAP Business one is a plus.
