What's the role? As GM Assistant for Latin America Region, you will be in charge of our Regional Head and LT team agendas.
You will ensure planning effectiveness, cooperating with Global and Local counterparts. You will mange regional events and engagement initiatives.

What does the role involve? - Manage Region Head calendar and Agenda in collaboration with Regional and Global counterparts - Organize trips for Region Head and his leadership team - Organize events held in the HUB, as the owner or as part of the organization team, e.
g. : Year Opening celebrations, Business Updates weeks, Executive Board visits, Sales Manager reunions - Organize group events outside of Panama, e.

What you need is : Be located in Panama at the time of the application University background in any discipline is a strong plus 3+ years of experience as Executive assistant in an international company Experience in Events planning Advanced knowledge of Spanish and English is mandatory Knowledge of Portuguese is a strong puls Organization, structure and attention to details Ability to communicate written or spoken at all levels Team player Trustworthy, ability to manage confidential information Attentive and caring Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package
