Job purpose

New role within Supply chain with high visibility. Main purpose is to align, improve and define (when not existing) supply chain processes for the 16 Markets Cable & Wireless Communications in operating in.

Scope mainly focusing (but not limited to) on Planning and Logistic for CPE, Mobility and Network products.

Key Accountabilities

  • Process improvement (est. 60%).
  • Scope mainly focusing (but not limited to) on Planning and Logistic for CPE, Mobility and Network products.
  • Deliver and monitor transformational supply chain strategy.
  • Develops and revises Business operations processes and coordinates technology solutions.
  • Perform structured analysis using lean and six sigma process improvement principles to identify problem statement and underlying root causes to drive operational improvement.
  • Establishes and document processes that support the continuous improvement of sound business practices.
  • Work closely with other functions to enable delivery of supply chain initiatives.
  • Working closely with the functional stakeholders to define and implement processes within markets.
  • Reporting (est. 10%).
  • Responsible to develop and deliver reporting framework focusing on Supply Chain processes to align with SCOR model.
  • Responsible in creating on-time and accurate status reports showing progression of implementation.
  • Education & Experience :

    University degree (Master level) is a preferred, with core foundation in (and / or) : Supply Chain Management and Business Administration.

    Prince 2 qualification is a plus.

    3 to 5 years’ relevant professional experience (in Multi-country organization preferred).

    Technical Skills :

  • Relevant hands-on experience in change management.
  • SCM knowledge is a pre, understand end-to-end process.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel is a must (intermediate level).
  • Working knowledge in MS Visio is an added plus.
  • Working knowledge in project management is an added plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & verbal) is a must.
