Role Summary :

Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
  • Lead the development of business plans for a specific product or product line
  • Complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used
  • Cooperate with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions
  • Department is involved in medium-sized sales
  • Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales Origination
  • Project Development experience
  • Desired Characteristics :

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience covering the Caribbean and central America region
  • Need to have relationships with utilities, and IPPs in countries within this market
  • Locations : Colombia, Panama; Panama City, Bogotá
