Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
Lead & Develop in-store activations directed to consumers and implement all marketing aspects of a best-practice trade.
Key Responsibilities :
Creation, adaptation & maintenance of seasonal content according to our brand & commercial calendar for digital & brick and mortar channels.
Part of Go-To-Market team and develop Trade Marketing part of GTM plans
Provide Budget Guidance for TM execution and planning
Support Account Marketing in Account Marketing Plan execution
Create Shop In Shop and campaign implementation guidelines & innovative proposals for the market.
Participate in internal meetings : Kick-offs, SBC / GTM Meetings, Sales and Marketing Meeting, TM summit
Act as a business contact for external parties (agencies and suppliers)
Develop consumer promotion / events / crm programs
Business success measurement
Support the countries during pre lines and pre sales
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
Experienced in job and fully qualified / trained
Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
5 years experience
