The Opportunity Reporting to the Managing Director of Canopy LATAM and working closely with the Communications Director, LATAM the Executive Administrative Assistant will provide executive support to the Managing Director of Canopy LATAM and other leaders as required.
This individual will be a detail-oriented person who can work independently and in collaboration with the finance team. Responsibilities Booking and managing executive travel Completing and managing monthly expense reports Occasional International travel Preparation of presentations Meeting planning / event planning Acting as an office administrative assistant & facilities for Canopy LATAM office in Panama Other tasks as required Experience Business degree or university degree with relevance Past experience in a high paced environment Able to manage multiple tasks and sometimes competing priorities Fluent English and Spanish (written, spoken) Proficiency in Portuguese (desired) Confidentiality and ability to treat information carefully Communications skills Strong excel skills and computer skills Ability to organize / prioritize workload Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to exercise tact and discretion This is a full time position based out of Panama City, Panama.
