You are responsible for

Supporting the International Mobility Partner as the single point of contact towards international assignees, international hires and their family members.

This means the E2E coordination of expatriate assignments and international hires, including administrating and monitoring all in- and outsourced services and activities.

  • These include immigration, destination services, tax and social security, children’s education, partner support, health insurance, cultural training, etc.;
  • Developing knowledge of and expertise in international mobility and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Processing the E2E relocation of international assignees and international hires, including the Annual Compensation Review for Expatriates (ACRE);
  • Optimizing internal processes, programs and policies and embedding a standardized one way of working;
  • Advising and informing HR colleagues, line management and employees regarding international mobility matters, processes and policies.

    You are a part of

    An energetic, dynamic and close International Mobility team, which is a Centre of Expertise (CoE) within Rewards. Rewards is a part of the broader HR organization in the company.

    To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant background area;
  • Relevant work experience in, or at least demonstrated affinity with, Gobal Mobility or Human Resources Management for at least 3 years;
  • Eager to learn and proactive mentality as well as a customer focused orientation;
  • Interest or experience in working with different cultures;
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure;
  • Advanced Excel.
