The Dell Global Email Studio works as an in-house Email Service Provider for the internal business units. This team is part of the Global Marketing organization.
This team has two main goals flawless development & deployment of email campaigns and provide unparalleled customer service to our internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for delivering, scaling, and maintaining best in class Email Production process and technology solutions.
You must be an experienced project manager with excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for in-taking an email roadmap and producing schedules and timelines for each email, while also ensuring you are not exceeding resource capacity.
You will be responsible for keeping team members on schedule and must escalate any issues / delays immediately. You will also be the last checkpoint for quality, consistency, and standardization across the email program from naming conventions of images in the email to a flawless email deployment.
