We are currently seeking a talented JD Edwards Implementation Specialist to support the Commercial Area in our Cobre PanamaTeam.
Key abilities and experience
Operate within and observe all relevant and applicable laws of Panama.
Maintain HSE standards and ensure strict compliance within the area of operation.
Own and help coordinate the business processes across the Cobre Panama supply chain, and how these apply to JDE.
Lead, develop, and execute unit / system test cases, scripts and plans. Facilitate JDE testing activities within the Commercial
Define, design and document JDE business flows and processes for Procurement and Inventory Management
Work with the JDE support team to define and articulate business rules required for data accuracy and consistency. Help define
and resolve data quality issues.
Act as the primary contact for all JDE Inventory Management and Procurement users.
Help provide support on supply chain applications. Mentor and train other JDE users
Help identify, analyze, propose and document appropriate solutions for issues.
Establish and maintain relationships within the Cobre Panama supply chain function.
Assist in development of JDE training materials and / or conduct training.
Promote a positive employee environment ensuring a solid working relationship with the team.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Highly developed communication skills.
Strong ability to work in a "team" environment while possessing the ability to work autonomously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain self-discipline within a stressful environment.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Expert in JDE Supply Chain (Inventory Management and Procurement)
Broad knowledge of how JDE integrates with other modules.
Understands JDE Master Data and its impact on JDE processes.
Deep understanding of JDE Inventory Management and Procurement from a user’s perspective.
A good understanding of how Work Orders integrate with the JDE supply chain applications.
Good verbal and written language skills in Spanish and English are highly regarded allowing reporting and instruction in both
