Manage all aspects ofengagements with existing and new customers for our HBT Honeywell BuildingTechnology organization. You will build relationships and understandcustomer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions.
Definesales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with criticalsales business objectives. Identify opportunities and build credibility withcustomers.
Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition tothe customers.
Manage and Plan Accounts (new account and current);
Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition for Portfolio;
Negotiate and Close negotiation;
Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle;
Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers;
YOU MUST HAVE
Complete bachelor's degree engineering and experience with consultative Sales;
5 years of commercial experience (pipeline + closing deals);
Advanced English (written and spoken);
Consultative (Hunter) sales profile;
Travel is expected to be 50% in Central America and Caribbean region;
Manage of CRM or Sales force;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization;
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
