You are responsible for

Working closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization

Providing a high level of candidate care by ensuring best practice selection methods

Developing yourownnetworkof sector-specificcandidatesandutilizingnetworkingskillstoidentifyand engage with talented candidates

Sourcing for passive and active candidates from internal ATS,LinkedIn, ProfessionalLists, Job Boards and other appropriate media outlets

Engage, screen, and qualify candidates to determine the suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, financial expectations, hard facts) in order to create long-lists :

Your Focus will be on external candidates, includingpassive candidates who are interested in our job.

Searchingforpassive diversetalents,identifying,approaching,andengagingpassive talents

Providesweeklyupdates to keep TA team apprised of sourcing efforts

Subject Matter Expert in functional market intelligencestoriestogether

You are a part of

of the brand new Talent Acquisition Sourcing team, supporting North America-based recruiters to find the talent that will impact our organization and help us improve lives.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Advanced English is required to engage with English speaking talent verbally and in a written manner

3+ years of recruiting experience.

Sourcing capabilities and creative techniques to identify potential talent

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; Good listening skills.

Strong organizational, follow-up skills, and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and drive to completion.

Personal Attributes :

Intellectual curiosity consistently trying new methods, never comfortable, a continuous learner.

Business acumen understands how our businesses make money and how organization and talent drive it. Can relate the outside world to Philips and vice versa.
