Job description : General Role Purpose (brief description of this job)
Core Specific Responsibilities & Expected Deliverables
Behavioral Traits / Personal Characteristics Excelent command English and Spanish, both written and spoken Self-managed person Customer oriented Good time management
Operational management : Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for network switches and core routers Guarantee Cobre Panama network redundancy Assure LAN and Wireless best practices are kept along all network devices Ensure WAN network are optimal and capacities are not exceeded Develop and implement network improvement to ensure business continuity Work together with server, security and disaster recovery team Works towards become the backup for ICT Operations Lead in network related matters
Qualifications (required for job) & Knowledge & Experience Cisco CCNP certified Network Engineering degree Advanced routing and switching experience VMware environment understanding Wireless network advanced knowledge
