NOC Manager

Responsible for guarantee the accomplishment of the goals and objectives according to the business needs

  • Guarantee functioning 24x7x365.
  • Support and leading the team, organize the schedule.
  • Organize and supervise the progress of the projects in the NOC.
  • Ensure the emergency procedures are accomplished and well executed during failures.
  • Perform weekly meetings to present the SLA s and other issues that may affect the network functioning.
  • Elaborate and present reports about statistics of the performance of the NOC and the employees, such as alarm recognize timing, quantity of the alarms recognition, tickets creation and assignment time.
  • Guarantee quality KPI s are accomplished.
  • Update all the process of the area and document it.
  • Report the critical situations to the Manager at the moment and follow up the incident.
  • Coordinate the attention of failures and scheduled work with the engineering teams
  • Knowledge required Remedy, Assure, imaste, U2020, Cacti, Zabbix, riskpulse. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project, Oracle or MySQL.
