What you will be doing :

  • As Front Desk Manager you will ensure quality guest and customer service, exceeding expectations and achieving memorable experiences.
  • Know and apply always the service and quality standards through the procedures manual stipulated by the company.
  • Perform and encourage upselling and cross-selling.
  • Experience & Abilities :

  • Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, MS Office, especially Excel. Online Review Management platforms.
  • Previous experience supervising departments such as Concierge, Guest Experience, Butler, Reception and Bellboys.
  • Handling of Quality and Guest Experience audit programs.
  • Complete knowledge of the English language.
