quality operations and development projects in eight countries across five continents.

held pure-play copper producer and one of the top five copper producers in the world.
Key Accountabilities and Challenges :
Train & Assess on selected mobile equipment
Develop selected training & / or assessment material
Provide on job coaching / skills transfer support to operators
Co-ordinate ME Training activities for Process Plant
Training Administration i.e. all training / assessment documentation, record keeping, compliance / ticket renewal reminders
Provide line supervisors with training planning and delivery support
Skills, Knowledge & Experience :
Operator Certifications / Licenses
Train the Trainer / Assessor would be beneficial
Strong training, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong drive and personal sense of accountability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and able to assemble and impart training materials.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Minimum of 10 years of direct experience in specific operator environment.
Minimum 5 years of training & development experience.
Fluency in Spanish is required and competency in English highly regarded.

Working Conditions :
Cobre Panama is a remote site. The position is offered as 2-year fixed term FIFO.
Work hours and rosters may vary as required by the business.
