In this role, you will have the opportunity :
To be responsible for the implementation of the business strategy for our Sleep & Respiratory Care division in Latam. This position has a regional scope, and will be based in Panama.
You are responsible for the Branding, Marketing and Communication planning and execution across Latam.
You will be responsible for :
Build a marketing plan for the business line through the Latin America region
Drives demand generation and ensures local relevance of the value propositions.
Branding, Marketing and Communication planning
Monitors performance, develops and enables execution of corrective actions in the Markets to achieve the goals
Be an integrator in a dynamic market and matrix organization- among branding and marketing teams and local commercial teams to execute the Regional strategies, through the Marketing teams in the countries.
Work with complex market / channel structures, focused on our most important customers
But also concentrate on developing new channels and business models, and think out of the box. Contributing to the development of new channels (incl.
digital), and optimizing existing channel mix, linking to sales plans.
Adapt value propositions and think out of the box
Expand market potential by working closely with Public Affairs in the markets, but also with the market access teams
Drives demand generation and ensures that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, market shares, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in markets, A&P, Integral Sales Margin (ISM) and marketing ROI.
Develops local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth, in line with Quality & Regulatory requirements
Ensures relevance of value propositions and marketing claims for the launches
Determines product portfolio for the Markets, setting up and executing roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-
out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock
Optimization and drives continuous improvements applying LEAN.
In this position you will be part of the regional (Latam) Sleep & Respiratory Care team, reporting to the business leader of the business line.
To be successful in this position, you should have the following skills :
Masters degree or MBA in marketing or related field
Proven track record in regional marketing positions, with responsibilities implementing business strategies for large / several business units
Experience as an integrator in a dynamic market and / or matrix organization
Experience with P&L management incl. revenue and margin management
Significant experience in marketing in the technology, consumer or healthcare domain
Fluency in English and Spanish and / or Portuguese
Experience with working in a business with complex market / channel structures
Marketing channel mix strategies (on-line and offline)
Experience with leading a cross functional team
