Key tasks :

Support Brand Plan execution by developing and preparing brand related direct and indirect local customer facing and communication tools.

Lead and coordinate, the successful implementation of key regional initiatives for regional key pain brands in close coordination with local teams.

Monitor the implementation of the action plan and adjust communication and tools, if the right message is not being delivered

Analyze and monitor key brand performance indicators and identify potential action plans for brand performance improvement.

Responsible of regional content management, from Veeva administration to correct distribution to the countries.

Assure adequate communication and follow up with local medical managers and brand managers, to secure proper tactic / initiatives implementation

Capability requirements :

  • Education in Business and / or Science.
  • Solid prior experience (minimum 5 years) within a commercial Pharma industry role e.g. Marketing, Sales, Medical dept.
  • In-depth knowledge of countries healthcare systems / practices

  • Successfully participated in at least 1 launch of innovative pharmaceutical products and market shaping activities
  • Strong planning and project management
  • Deep understanding of key products and their TAs, as well as competitor products

    Excellent written and oral communication, advanced presentation skills - incl. Ability to convey scientific messages

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Strong Business English
